Silicon Creations offers a range of free-running oscillators designed for use as watchdog timers and core clock generators for MCUs and low-power chips. Available as off-the-shelf products in production across technology nodes from 3nm FinFET to 65nm, they can also be customized for specific applications.
Built entirely on baseline CMOS logic process masks with no external components required, these oscillators deliver compact, low-power operation with excellent frequency precision over PVT after trimming, making them ideal for IoT and embedded system clocking.

Silicon Creations free-running oscillators operate with no external components, using only baseline CMOS logic process masks. They consume less than 30uW of power while delivering excellent frequency precision over PVT after trimming.

Frequency Precision and Stability
