Available as off-the-shelf products in production across technology nodes from 3nm FinFET to 65nm, they can also be customized for specific applications.
Built entirely on baseline CMOS logic process masks with no external components required, these oscillators deliver compact, low-power operation with excellent frequency precision over PVT after trimming, making them ideal for IoT and embedded system clocking.
