Silicon Creations offers Serializer-Deserializer (SerDes) IP solutions built on proven ring PLLs and high-speed line drivers and receivers, operating in production from 180nm to 12nm/16nm FinFET. The architecture supports data rates from below 100Mbps to over 32Gbps across more than 30 protocols.
Targeted PHY solutions cover JESD204, XAUI, CPRI, SGMII, OIF-CEI, V-by-One HS, Infiniband, and PCIe variants, while the Multiprotocol PMA delivers flexible serial link capability with adaptive equalization, eye monitoring, and ultra-low latency below 13UI.

Multiprotocol PMA
The Multiprotocol PMA supports over 30 protocols with programmable deserialization widths of 8, 10, 16, 20, 32, or 40 bits. Burst mode CDR enables rapid lock, and adaptive CTLE plus 5-Tap Decision Feedback Equalizer ensure signal integrity at the highest data rates.
